Order Policy

1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has 

     been processed.

2. Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS and typically take 5-10 business days to arrive. You will receive an email with         

     tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that international shipping may be subject to longer delivery times.

3. Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to

     accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel orders that have already shipped.

Return Policy

1. Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Items: Only items that are in their original condition, with all original packaging, are eligible for return.

3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at afaque179@gmail.com or phone: 505.814.4183/3842 and

     provide your order number and reason for return.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that

     refunds may take 45 days to appear on your statement. Refunds will only be issued for the actual cost of the item(s) itself, however

     tax and shipping fee will not be refunded. 

5. Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return:

     Items that are missing original packaging
